children's center in Clive
Our children’s centers are open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed most holidays. We utilize a security system at the entry and Procare as a tool for attendance and billing. Each parent has his/her own code to enter the building during center hours.
Please call one of neighborhood day care locations to set up a tour or contact us for more information.
For each child’s enrollment. We need the following items:
- The enrollment fee ($50) paid.
- The first week of tuition paid.
- The admission forms completed by the parents.
- The student medical report completed by a health official.
- The immunization card completed by a health official.
For your child’s enrollment day, you may want to bring as needed:
- Diapers and wipes
- Bottles
- Baby food
- Special toys
- A back pack with an extra set of clothes
- Outdoor clothes i.e. jacket, hat, mittens, snow pants
